Who is Deb's Media Services? I am a certified copywriter, designer, and course creator, as well as an internet marketing copywriter and sales funnel/website designer in Gulfport, Mississippi. You have recently purchased one of my books/courses or requested my copywriter/designer services. 

What is Freelance Trade Academy? Freelance Trade Academy is a course where I teach "Freelance Skills To Camera-Shy Introverts." If you are an introvert who loves creating projects online but does not like to be on live video, then join us!

Why are you charging us? You are being charged for purchasing an online book/course or for copywriting and/or web design services.

Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don't ring a bell, it's possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We've found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support at: debsmedia.com/contact/

Can we get a refund? It depends on what program or service you bought. Each of our services and programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email support at: debsmedia.com/contact/ to inquire about the refund policy for the program you purchased.
